To Denny, you have left an emptiness in our hearts that we will not see that smiling face, joking spirit, warmth and laughter from you on this earth again, however, we look forward to the day that we are all rejoicing in heaven together. Praise the Lord you knew Jesus as you Lord and Savior.
To Linda, I send my love, thoughts, condolences and prayers and hold you so close to my heart. I pray that each day gets a little easier and that you hold fast to all the love and memories that you and Denny shared together over the years, and I pray that the Lord daily wrap you up in His tenderly loving arms and grant you His peace and comfort as only He can. We are ALWAYS here for you. Love you my sister in Christ and forever family, Susan

Linda, The world will not be the same without your Denny. We've always been close cousins (more like a brother). Like "Ole Ern", Denny can never be replaced. Like family members that have gone on before, Denny now knows what heaven is all about. Because
of Jesus, we'll all be together down the trail when the Lord calls us home too. Denny was much loved by us all & will be missed very much. We'll miss his spirit. Praying the Lord give you strength & comfort for the days ahead as only He Can. Do lean on the Lord for love is greater than we can understand. (Psalms 62) I'm so sorry for your loss of Denny. But he'll be at the gate greeting us when the Lord calls us home down the road. Then we get to spend eternity together. Love you Linda. Brenda Joy

Dear Linda,
Our hearts are broken at Denny's passing. We lost a cherished cousin who was more like a brother, but you lost the love of your life. And everyone knows that you were the true love of Denny's life. Our love and prayers are with you always. Because of Denny, you were brought into our family, and for that, we are forever grateful to him! Denny was loved by so many. We will cherish our memories of him teasing and his eyes twinkling when he was about to say something that would make OUR eyes roll. And of course, we'll remember his poor attempts at cheating when playing Scrabble with us. He knew he couldn't get away with it, but he loved to try anyway! We will never forget him sneaking up on a butterfly to surprise you with a pretty picture, only to discover it was a yard ornament on your plants! He was desperate to figure out how to delete the photo from the camera!! He never figured it out because we all know how much he embraced technology and computers! We never let him forget that or the "thing" he did at the gas station on the way to visit us cousins, right Linda?? ha ha We will always remember his innocent look and smile when he tried to charm his way out of using my toothbrush when I was a kid!! I'm STILL not sure if I should forgive him for that! His charm usually worked because we couldn't resist laughing. We'll remember his two pie entrance fee he demanded of us, as well as ,him hanging that item on the gate! We are forever thankful for Denny and you standing in for us at Surrena's college graduation the same day we were at Zach's college graduation 2 states away! As long as I can remember, Denny was always there. He was a huge part of our whole family and now leaves a void in our hearts and lives. We will miss his love, humor, passion, wisdom and many talents. He was a world class carpenter and craftsman and happy to share his knowledge when asked. He was our "John Wayne", rough & tough, cowboy cousin who had a huge, kind heart and love for you Linda, as well as for his family and for His Heavenly Father. So many memories.......He was Denny, he was one of a kind. He is at peace in the presence of our Lord and catching up with loved ones who went ahead of him. We will get to see him someday, but until that time, he will be deeply missed. Our memories of Denny will always be of happiness and good times.
Love, Melaine and Dan
